Details:

  1. nets & seashells. posters of seascapes a "nature souds" CD of waves crashing on the shore None of the above should cost too much
  2. Depends on which room it is... For a bathroom, I found these cute accessories, fixtures and cabinet hardware: http://www.uncommongoods.com/item/item.j... You can also pick up shells on the beach, clean them out well (soak them in water for a few days) and super glue them around your bathroom mirror to create a "beachy" border. For a kids' room, paint a mural on the wall. They sell "paint by number" mural kits and it's easier to do than you would think. I have painted several murals in my daughter's room and they turn out great and are very original. For an adult bedroom, I would get a ceiling fan with the blades shaped like palms, white flowy curtains that look like clouds and some pale blue paint for the walls. Get some decor that is beachy (i.e. a vase filled with shells) and some beach artwork.
  3. Here are some room makeovers that HGTV did with a beach theme. Perhaps you can get some inspiration from them: http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/dc_design_bedroom/article/0,1793,HGTV_3366_5473862_02,00.html http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/dc_design_bedroom/article/0,1793,HGTV_3366_5683472,00.html http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/dc_design_bedroom/article/0,1793,HGTV_3366_3340694,00.html http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/dc_design_bedroom/article/0,1793,HGTV_3366_5474082_02,00.html http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/dc_design_bedroom/article/0,1793,HGTV_3366_5432994_02,00.html Here are some beach-themed items that you might like: http://www.homedecorators.com/search.php?search=beach+-cellini&x=16&y=10 http://www.homedecorators.com/search.php?search=sea http://www.homedecorators.com/search.php?search=palm+-sink
  4. if you have old bottles fill them with sand brought back from vacations or store bought dont fill all the way add small shells if able to. line them up on a window sill or piece of furniture place large shells with them maybe even a bowl of sea glass. your home can never have too many shells in it they are truly works of ART
